Vision Systems - Certifications                                                           

Dynamic Design Solutions, Inc. is a Certified Vision Integrator (CVI) for both Cognex In-Sight products as well as Cognex DVT products.   We have completed hundereds of camera installations in a variety of industries.

Our vision engineers have completed projects at various rates of inspection.  We have inspected at speeds over 600 parts per minute.  These inspections have included everything from detecting scratches and dents in a metal surface to measurement of a 1mm hole with 0.0005" accuracy.  

We are familiar with gauge R&R on our camera systems and with validation requirements for our Pharmaceutical customers.

We have completed various project where we used camera to guide a robot to complete a task.  These systems included calibration of the real world to robot space and tool space.

We are very adept at writing custom front ends to allow each customer to customize the operator interface for their camera system.  We have written front ends in VB.net and various other software packages.
